With 7+ years designing for government and public-facing services, my work has improved accessibility, usability, and consistency for over 2 million people. I am passionate about evidence-led design, designing with empathy, and creating services that genuinely improve people’s everyday lives.

  • Led accessibility and usability audits across multiple vocational education websites and LMS systems, identifying a range of issues affecting WCAG 2.1 compliance and user experience, and engaged with stakeholders to provide actionable recommendations that influenced design improvements and accessibility initiatives.
